Wordless Wednesday: Sea creatures

We are still on our vacation but actually arriving home sometime today. I've scheduled this post, as I've done with most of the others, so my apologies if I've seemed distant and unresponsive. I am!

I learned that even if you have computer availability and internet access on a vacation, you don't necessarily have computer time. There were plenty of moments of down time, where nothing in particular was going on, but they weren't conducive to hauling out my laptop and concentrating. That's the nature of being with family, I suppose. Particularly family who may or may not know you blog. So that's why I missed a Sunday Surf and haven't dealt with my inbox or announced the Amy Adele winner or posted delightful pictures of us using our new WondaWedge (enter to win one of your own by September 3!), or done any of the other things I thought maybe I'd have a chance to get to.

Anyway, we're looking forward to our return. This Wordless Wednesday collection (not so wordless now, but bear with me) is from a visit by Grandma, when we took her to the Seattle Aquarium, one of our favorite haunts. These pictures explain why, whenever we've asked Mikko what he's wanted to do on this vacation, he invariably has responded, "Aquarium? Water taxi?" Soon, kid. Soon.

Yep, that's what wonderful about vacations. They offer so much to blog about but little time to blog it. Great photos! I love your little SCUBA diver. Enjoy your trip! :-)

So cute! These pics are making me miss Sea World. We are taking our son to the San Diego Zoo for the first time next week. We live in the dry dry desert of Phoenix, so the cool CA weather will be nice!

PS I love how big Mikko's jeans are, and that they need at least a 2 inch roll-up!
