Wordless Wednesday: To the redwood forest

A glimpse into our California road trip adventures from earlier this summer. We drove over the Golden Gate Bridge and over into Muir Woods for some green (red?) space.

I am so pleased with myself for learning the Tibetan back carry for my mei tai. Supportive and so much more flattering and comfortable for my chestal region than crossover straps!

My in laws live in California but we've never made the trek up to see the redwoods. Someday, someday. I love hiking with my son and your photos have me itching to go on a day hike this weekend.

Amazing, amazing. Did you feel really in touch with nature while you were there? I always imagine a place like that to have super high energy.
I've never been to the NorthWest; seeing the giant redwoods is on my "bucket list" for sure.
Thank you so much for sharing your travels!

ps: your children are holy cow super ADORBS!!!

Aren't the redwoods awesome! We didn't get to see the golden gate bridge when we were there in February. It was too foggy. :(
