Baby Alrik chomps on a tomato slice as part of his baby-led solids explorations.
Four-year-old Mikko smiles as he helps his dad cook.
Mikko loves to craft his own "recipes," which he then serves to me and honestly expects me to gobble them up. Here are parsnip and carrot peelings with sprinkles on top. (Well, of course!)
And here's raw cauliflower, raw broccoli, and grated cheese. (Sam rescued these ingredients.)
Yogurt frozen on a spoon is good in the tummy or as a facial treatment.

Ha! Mikko's food creation reminds me of how Humnoy has been uber-obsessed with the garbage can. He loves to throw his orange peels away (amazing!) but then loves to pick off the top of the heap and bring it to Mama or Dada, usually straight into the mouth when we're not looking.
Fun that you're in the BLW stage with Alrik! Mikko's creations are very interesting ;-)
Please tell me he *just* started on that tomato - he is so clean!
Visiting from Natural Parents Network... even though I don't think you've linked up yet!
Oh yes, sprinkles on everything! That's a familiar image here, as well.
@Momma Jorje: Well, naturally! Though I have to admit I'm kind of mess-phobic and easily freaked out.
Just linked up now. I went to bed before midnight for once — can you believe it?? Good thing, too, because the baby decided to get up 4 hours earlier than normal. :P
Oh my goodness, the concoctions are so cute! Of course you must gobble them up, lol.
Alrik and that yoghurt on a spoon is just adorable, cant get over those eyes <3
Yum! ...When's dinner?
